Come the warmer months the relatives/friends of the office staff are hired and recieve priority and their pay is a bit hire than the staff that has been with company for a longer period of time.
They are ok with clients disrespecting their staff.
They hire kids to run the office instead of hiring within , staff out in the field is never asked nor welcomed to apply for a position within the office.
They have employees signing contracts forfeiting gratuity so the company can keep it and pay field workers the measly wage of 12.00
