Medium sized business so opportunity to get involved in lots of different areas of the business to gain experience. Can be an amazing place to work and it's very vibrant when sales are bouyant. Great perks and benefits.

Could be more structured and have better communication. Needs clearer goals and career paths for employees.

Its small so getting to know everyone is easy. They have a nice company culture to really make you feel like part of the team. Even when people leave they do tend to stay in touch and come out for drinks.

The pay could be better but they do their best to stay competitive.
