Since I was first offered the Tier 1 position I was encouraged to leave my comfort zone and enter a terrific company to work with, but they actually believed in me more than I could figure it out for my life, and offered me a CSM position, really moving my stall and challenging me to be a much more badass than I ever believed I could be! This changed my life. :) And when I entered ShipHero just a month ago I encountered the greatest team I was ever worked with, everyone is so willing to help and guide you, this is awesome.
