-The people are amazing. Everyone has a can do attitude and tries to get things done.
-There are a lot of perks like snacks in office, weekly, yoga, gym, happy hours.
-There is a lot of autonomy, basically if you think something will work, test it, then implement it. Not a lot of red tape.

-Not really a downside, but all organizations are constrained by resources. Just takes some planning and coordination to move as quickly.
