The company works on the principals it believes in and they are pasted at the entrance. Have heard from the employees who have been here since last 5+ years how the company took care of the employees during COVID-19. They also made sure that the hospitality staff had enough to take care of their family. The management believes in growing together and offers ample opportunities to the employees. There are many who have joined back after they tried their luck somewhere else. I have not seen so many people join back in my long career (spanning 7+ companies). There are projects and products and good exposure. The company celebrates many festivals and has sports day also, which I am not sure why they have it mandatory (only -ve point I can think of). The company is located in very beautiful and quiet place. If you want to work with people who care for each other and help you grow, then this is the best place to work.
