Being a startup, Shohoz can think about employee's morale boost and motivated them by arranging subsidized meal and other small initiatives (i.e, initially can introduce PF& GF, leave encashment, transport facilities). 2. Work life can be slightly balanced though being a startup it's difficult with pace and fast moving decision.
