- No WFH based on official policy, but some managers/ directors/ HOD can still work from the US/ China for months etc just because they're bosses (while they don't allow their members to do so even they have the same family reasons etc) - Poor IT devices even we're in tech. They give very old Dell laptops to new joiners....and laptops often have issues while they don't allow you to change (unless you're bosses again) - Lack of career progression: Company has changed to value the tenure more and more in these two years, promoting many extremely unqualified quality and laid-back people just because they stayed (lay down) long enough. If you have ambition to aim for promotion but without enough tenure, bossess will only tell you some ridiculous criteria and expectations that you need to overwork a lot, without supporting you to plan your career at all
