Terrible culture-decisions being made that benefit only upper execs. - Lack of transparency; Town Halls and AMAs dodge questions they're not comfortable answering. - Too many stories of sudden layoffs and rapid changes made overnight - Growing too fast too quickly; all engineers spend too much time interviewing (several hours a week) due to the high attrition the company is having.
