Everything is very secretive and behind closed doors. People are quitting weekly (on average of 1-3 per week) because of the way upper management treats everyone. Business is barely hanging on, especially with 3 ELT members, and only one of them is doing the right thing for the business, while the others are trying to sabotage the company by helping their parent company win the business. Upper management are nothing more then bullies - well at least most of them. The good ones are either leaving or to scared for their own jobs to stand up to the others.
