I gained experience working in fast-paced environment and how to deal with difficult management.

It’s honestly shocked me that this company is still operating. During my time there staff were treated extremely poorly, with little respect. Commission structure was changed while I was employed and I was told it changed again after, which created a lot of frustration across the team and led to people leaving. There was also a constant culture of intimidation, including threats of legal action that seemed designed to scare employees but never led to anything but management wasting company money. Looking back at things now, it’s no surprise that so many people have left and there’s only 1 person still there. The environment made it very difficult for anyone to feel secure or valued and I’m glad that all levels eventually saw it and moved on. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before ever considering working for this company.
