Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that began through passion for solving a problem, not a traditional business plan, ShotFlow's journey to market leadership has not been all smooth sailing. This first-time management team faced many challenges, including very limited funding and a pandemic that decimated our retail clients. Consequently, we didn't always have the proper oversight, processes, and systems in place as quickly as we wanted to. Although we certainly don't agree with all of these points, we have made tremendous strides to mature the organization over the past six months with new management hires, better defined processes, and support staff as we split off into a standalone company in 2023. Pay and benefits have been better aligned to industry best practices and automated systems are in place to reduce human error. We are not a perfect organization, but we strive to be better every day, and we always welcome constructive criticism.
