      Good foot in the door within the AV world. Good coworkers and teams.

      No growth opportunities. They don't want to pay you the industry standard if you are a direct employee but have no problem paying subs or flying and putting up salaried employees. A lot of empty promises and turn over. Work life balance during "busy season" is not a thing.
