- Friendly staff (occasionally), in fairness it is a high stress environment. - Nice warehouse (depending on which one you work in). - Great benefits and HR team.

- Lack of appreciation from upper management - Lack of leadership when it comes to career growth and tasks - Lack of adequate training that is "provided" - Lack of pay for "higher paid positions" - Lack of thoughtfulness and detail from upper management - Lack of appreciation from peers - Lack of discipline from upper management to under performing peers. - Lack of communication on every level of the company. - Lack of employee appreciation. - Lack of employee respect. - Lack of leadership of the floor and day to day operations. - Over compensates for diversity and inclusion, acts like it's what makes them who they are.
