My experience at the company so far has been excellent. The onboarding process was smooth, well-structured, and welcoming, which made settling into the organization very easy. One of the most impressive aspects of the organization is the leadership. The founder is highly engaging, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Rather than simply giving instructions, he creates space to listen, understand different perspectives, and then provide thoughtful guidance. This open and collaborative leadership style is something I truly appreciate and consider one of the company’s strongest qualities. The work environment is positive, encouraging, and provides opportunities to learn and grow while enjoying the work. As a fun bonus, getting a Team outing so early in my journey was a great experience and a nice reflection of the company’s culture of valuing employees and fostering team bonding.

At this stage, I haven’t encountered any major concerns or drawbacks. My experience has been very positive, and I am genuinely enjoying my work and the overall culture.
