Svantaggi
As some reviews have mentioned, it is fast-paced, which can feel chaotic at times. Shutterstock requires flexibility and the ability to roll with the punches. Our business is changing, so sometimes our priorities change. I think that there is opportunity for many of our leaders to level up in their leadership ability - specifically around communication. Lots of efforts have been made, but it still feels like there is more work to be done to make sure employees are in the know, feel heard and valued, and excited to all row in the same direction. I also think there should be more work done to promote diverse candidates to senior leadership roles.
