They are problematic to the core. They drive you to a point where you start questioning your own existence. From a toxic workplace to having no work life balance you have to go through everything all at once. I was one of their best sales hires- I met my targets every week and they promoted me to their “RENEWALS” team in like months from me joining and then it just got worse. People started leaving like anything- some they unnecessarily fired and the others were forced to leave. They were hiring all the time. We had to train new people everyday knowing how everything is so unsustainable. All my mentors left. They asked me to be a Team Leader and wanted me to be a part of this toxic culture of hiring and firing. They have no work-life balance. They make you work for 11 hours a day and even on Saturdays and the pay is crap too. They expect you to do REVENUE WORTH A LAKH EVERY WEEK with HORRIBLE LEADS. Their organic leads have zero awareness of their product and they expect you to sell it to them. Their customer service is so bad, the customers you acquire for them call you up complaining everyday. All they do is negatively reinforce you with incentives and when that doesn’t work out for them they put you in some IMPROVEMENT PLAN and threaten you to fire you. Your skills, your qualifications, your ability to do your job is all undermined. So I quit. They begged me to stay as they had no one else remaining. I still quit and said a NO. And then guess what? They DID NOT PAY ME. They refused my notice period only because I refused to stay in the company and massage the ego of ARJUN BHANDARI. Their HR- Amrita has no say to the management. No accountability from Pankaj as well if in case you escalate. They did this to one of their best hires- that’s what they called me when they begged me to stay and follow them blindly. I am so glad I left and not only I make more money. I have my weekends off. I sleep well. I love my work more. I have met some great mentors here. People who genuinely cared about things. Isha was a great leader. Prateek was great as well. Harshil has been extremely supportive here as well. The company made sure they leave too.
