      doesn't have a specific direction. the plans change month by month you may stop a projec t at the middle of work becuase of policies, and start new project before finishing the other not good management, they don't know what to do and where to go, because it's kind of startup, but a matured startup layoffs is expec ted

      The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

      Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
