My life changed in a very positive direction since I joined the team. We have very good conditions to work together (especially in our brand new office!), the atmosphere is positive, the projects are passionate... I can't believe how lucky I am to have such a great team.

The technologies being developed are great, and the folks behind them even greater. People are professional yet it still has that startup feel. I don't feel there are any silos between different teams. Most of my colleagues are incredibly smart and cool people. Executive updates are open and thorough.

Deadlines are too often pushed back. Executive updates look to be scheduled randomly. A few people don't follow basic engineering practices.
