The inconvenients you mention have been identified as opportunities for improvement, and are being worked on since the beginning of 2022. Since we changed our internal organization last summer, we aim for a better ability to adapt to changes, create the conditions for collaboration instead of competition, and this internal work will remain the priority in 2023 with our new Direction of Internal Transformation.
