Great kids! It's rewarding to work with kids and see them improve and grow. The other teachers are nice, and fun to get to know. They work hard, and are welcoming. They also go out of their way to help you do a good job for the kids; it's clear they care about the kids and how well they do.

The program is painfully disorganized. It is also very money/image driven, as I suspect many of its kind are. There is a much higher premium placed on how good something looks than on how well the kids learn. Pay isn't great. Communication is terrible.
