Would reccomend working but not the apparel dept. - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Sierra

I worked in apparel which is probably 60% of the store and many times out of the 6 people working I was the only one to recover any of it. I've mentioned this issue many times, nothing has changed. The pressure to get TJX credit cards is ridiculous. Manager has mentioned a raise a few months ago and I've followed up and it seems like he changed his mind. I work pretty hard too, skipping breaks most days.
