Shocking treatment of staff - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Sierra

This place only got 1 star because it had to have a star. Please note, I give it ZERO stars! This place is a total con to start. Under new company banner - Actavo, this company was the one behind the water meters in the Republic of Ireland and is looking to expand its operations into the UK on a more grander scale. It should be treated with extreme caution. It comes across as very professional but is anything but! The culture of bullying and manipulation is rife throughout this company and goes undealt with, it stems from senior management all the way down the tree. In particular relation to the area of telecommunications and satellite division(s). The company also like to constantly spy on their employees, using the intrusive measures to build cases against them and at times attempt to make up lies about employees also. My experience at Sierra/ Actavo would have to be the worst employment of my life. Staff were honestly referred to be senior management in the same category as rats and this was mentioned at a management meeting. Any right thinking British governmental institution or body and any group otherwise should think very carefully when Sierra/ Actavo tender for your work or business.
