Stay Away, Toxic Environment - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Sift

Culture and work environment has gone down hill. Horrible culture brought in by castoffs from other companies. Majority of employees have been with the company less than 1 year. Anyone good has left for a better work environment. Just toxic people remain to spread their crap on the remaining employees. They promote open communication but feedback/advice to management is not well received unless positive. Honestly, a horribly toxic environment where I have experienced unfair treatment and harassment. It's all maintenance. There is nothing here inspiring, there's nothing new. There are plenty more successful startups in SF with actual stock option benefits if you want to apply your abilities.
