      Great use of high tech tools, concepts, techniques. You'd have a great opportunity to enhance your resume here (well if you don't get mad by the managers). You'd get to see truly genius programmers/nerds. If you're a truly senior there, you may be a lead somewhere else, but sadly manager makes a lot of mistakes on even there promotions!

      Extremely unorganized and with no long-term plan on anything. Manager has no clue of what is going on in a lot of projects or details.
