No support from corporate, they come in and tell you everything that is wrong and sit behind a door barking orders. They only show up for survey and then promptly disappear, you are expected to work the floor regularly and complete you daily tasks as DON with no additional compensation, then you’re questioned why things are not being completed in a timely manor. Staffing sucks, ratios suck, you’re expected to put up with disrespect and bullying from other department heads. I went through 4, yes 4 administrators within 5 months of being employed here. Corporate wants you to LIE and cover up reportable events and get upset when you refuse. Do yourself a favor and just don’t.
