backstabbing culture, micro-management, company meetings outside of working hours, benefits for family coverage SUCK, no 401K, bonus structure sucks and they try to cheat you out of every bonus, worked Saturdays because my area manager wouldn't help me keep up with all the homes and warranties I inherited from 2 other construction managers leaving just before the holidays, gave me a raise and told me how great I was doing and then let me go a week later claiming "poor performance"
