I used to work in Custom Enterprises team. The team was small and very good. The best part of it was that it was led by Mr SD who had more than 20+ years of experience in IT industry. He was very compassionate and articulate with everything. Some of the clients were not that good but it was fun trying to make the project stable as much as we can. I joined as an Intern and later got converted to FTE and learnt a lot during that time. All thanks to my manager. Manager was very supportive and he made sure he was present all the time like late night deployments and weekend debugging sessions. CTO is approachable and fun. Free lunch. Prompt resolution to queries by HR as well. No problem in taking leaves and WFH. Good place for someone starting out career.

Stopped snacks. Team was service based. Compensation could be improved by little. Signzy is big name. Compensation should reflect that as well.
