      Very organized and methodical company. They were very good at setting out a strategy and sticking to it. Global leadership is excellent

      Local president has a tough job, but often made promote/firing decisions based upon who he liked/didn't like.

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
