      Great people to work with in all departments. Recent layoffs have affected moral significantly, but that is to be expected.

      Low pay, Portland site is not the favorite of headquarters in Germany. Many decisions are made in Germany and the disconnect can be frustrating.

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Svantaggi

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
