      Seems like there is a constant state of crisis. The crisis is never resolved. It also feels like working in a bubble without knowledge of the common/best practices being employed outside of the company.

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
