      Unlike some of the other semiconductor companies, the company does not require workers to work beyond their stipulated working hours. Usually employees would knock off work promptly to get on to the company bus.

      There is limited upside in career advancement as well as pay increment.

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
