      Commendable work life balance depend on the department

      The company culture felt somewhat outdated. There was a noticeable lack of open-mindedness among the team, which sometimes hindered innovation and collaboration. Additionally, it was the only company I know of that allowed engineers to work from home but not managers during Covid time, which created a unique dynamic.

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
