Evil - Recensione dipendente - Virtual Production Artist presso Silver Spoon Animation

Hired me away from my job via a cold call from a recruiting agency and then proceeded to fire me with no severance less than two months later during the holidays. They hide that they are owned by a "parent company" called Animated Storyboards which will be your actual employer. They make subpar commercial content. I received little to no training on a process that was specific to Silver Spoon and management always made sure to tell me I was doing things incorrectly even though they never taught me how to do them the right way in the first place. Management refused to answer any questions whatsoever about the pipeline and decided to instead treat me with rudeness and contempt. I was also refused any equipment and licenses I needed to do my job and was forced to work through a remote desktop. When working on-site, it was regularly 12-hour long days. Absolutely wild! Beware and run far away if a recruiter or anyone asks you to work for this company.
