Severely under appreciated by the company. You’re just another dollar to them and they do not care about you at all. The manager pretends to care but she doesn’t. You can often hear her talk crap about the employees behind closed doors and even with open doors sometimes. They see us as replaceable and don’t put in the effort to even fake caring. This is one of those “we’re family” places. The coworkers are tight knit, but the company itself treats you like garbage. Like it could find any other used napkin on the street to fill your position. When complaints or concerns are brought up, it’s deemed as being soft and your opportunities to move up are completely squashed. Not that there’s much room to grow. You need to be here for years and even then they’ll pass you up due to favoritism. Even if you do get full time they take advantage of you. Let alone how they treat supervisors. Also taken advantage of. So the people who are being dragged around get upset and then that trickles down to the employees. I’m sick of hearing from the supervisors how they get taken advantage of. It’s making them treat us even worse. This company seems fun, but it is far from it. If you value being valued, look elsewhere. They will take advantage of you.
