The management is still not mature enough to run a company. They are not wise enough in their decisions which may lead the company to a way off. Most of the projects are small. The company doesn't care much about the quality. Marketing is poor and business deals are hardly closed. This lead most of the employees to stay idle alot of time.

A good training program. Flexible work hours. Relaxed and friendly environment. Uses a lot of new technologies and open source tools and libs.

Average salaries. The projects seem limited and after a while you could get bored. No perks, no incentives. Just your monthly salary.
