The company is suddenly very fast growing and a bright light in the Atlanta tech scene, not afraid to take big risks and innovate and enter into new markets (products and regions of the world and acquisitions). The company is also not afraid to protect its culture - the bad attitude types don't last and most of them have walked out/been walked out in the last year and management seems to be good finding smart, hard working replacements. Management is very focused on character and ethics, which is rare for fast growing tech companies like Silverpop.

A lot of change since the middle of 2011 has brought in some new people with great attitudes and skills, but that has meant a lot of on-the-job-learning (a burden for some of the longer term employees). The company is just now rolling out a new-hire on-boarding program - probably everyone needs to go through this to learn the roots of the company and how to get around. The operations team is run from finance, so they tend to be cheap, but that might be changing - they announced that Macs are now an option (not just of the ever present Dell).
