As with any small company you only have one job, and that is "everything". For those that want to stay in a highly specialized area, this company is not for you. Everyone here pulls together to get results, sometimes that means putting on a pot of coffee, other times it means peer reviewing a code base that is outside your area.

I worked there for only a month and I learned so much with my brief time there. So welcoming, responding and helpful.
