      Interesting project built on illusions

      I don't even know where to start... They want to make you believe that you are part of an incredible project, that you are part of the elite when actually they just want to hire you at a cheap cost in order to do their dirty work. The CEO thinks he's on top of the world when he actually doesn't really understand anything about the market nor what's happening inside his own company. The COO is fine at first but will eventually backstab you. They don't even agree with each other and are dealing with a company they can't really handle. My advice to you dear reader: run and don't look back.

      I dipendenti junior erano intelligenti e reattivi, anche se abbandonati a se stessi / hanno chiesto di lavorare durante i fine settimana e senza confini

      - ogni volta che possono, non ti pagano e usano scuse / schermature dietro i livelli, poiché i contratti sono spesso basati in Belgio - la mediocrità del management e il ricatto è una pratica comune (ad es. normalmente dalla Bocconi), senza fornire alcun mentoring o orientamento - dovrebbero partire nel 2020.. prendi le tue conclusioni - probabilmente i soldi dell'UE avrebbero potuto essere spesi molto meglio di così - il CEO è uno scherzo e ti chiederà di scrivere tutto , in quanto incapace di leggere qualsiasi tipo di documento finanziario

      Essendo un B2B, è bene impostare l'intera struttura di marketing con parti con cui di solito non hai a che fare. La gestione è molto disponibile e reattiva/ ti guida

      A causa del COVID ci sono stati pochi rallentamenti
