It's not a big organization where people work close to each other. Overall, the work environment is open and collaborative, not political at all. Colleagues are very nice and friendly (sometimes we hang out outside of work). Backed by a big pharma company with sustainable funding, good benefits.

Not that many Cons as lots of the issues are just growing pain for any normal small size biotech company.
