      Very flexible scheduling, relatively easy to get hired, job is easy to learn

      Hardly any benefits (1 week of vacation per year, no retirement plan, only choice for insurance is high deductible), very clicky culture, no real chance of promotion because there's nowhere to go since majority of higher up positions are filled by the family that owns the business and their friends they like to have around them, lack of pride in what they do (quantity over quality of work).

      The company used to be wonderful, great lunches provided, great benefits and incentive for collections, a great management system. They truly cared about their employees

      There is no longer a mid or late stage. Everyone is on the same page getting paid the exact same incentive and now the benefits are absolutely horrible. They have taken away a chance to push forward and earn more incentive and go further in the company. Late stage department lost 75% of their commission and upper management didn't blink an eye. The management has horrible communication skills and they do NOT think about the front line workers but themselves and the money the company is making.
