Workload is consistently high with limited breaks and frequent project changes. Understanding concepts typically takes 10-15 days, but time constraints often prevent this. While seniors are willing to assist, they too have limited availability.

Good work, great clients and products offered for their clients for automating tasks

Svantaggi

Work culture bad. Work hours are high from 9:30-7, with limited 90 min break overall. Bad infrastructure (very less space), very high amount of micro-management (something which creates bad impression), very less amount of leaves(12+6).
