SimplePractice has always bent over backwards to let employees know they are valued and important through good times and in bad. I personally witnessed so many difficult social issues where the leadership worked hard to let employees know they weren't alone in dark times. It's a shame that some personalities are going to take issue with the company now that they're showing solidarity with an historically discriminated group and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Post-IPO SimplePractice is much more bureaucratic and process-oriented than start-up SimplePractice. That's life.

We want to create an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable being their authentic selves, and we're glad to hear you felt valued when you were a team member at SimplePractice. We will continue to show up for each other! And to your last point, as we grow, we will need to put more processes in place so we can constantly improve and deliver for our customers. - Pay is decent - Nice FTO, company holidays, and summer Fridays - Some truly great people until you get into higher leadership

SimplePractice has gone from a wonderful workplace to an absolutely miserable, toxic environment. People get put on PIPs and fired for minor infractions that could easily be fixed. People who manage to avoid being PIPed are only there until they can find another role. Even new hires leave pretty quickly when given the opportunity. Leadership is under qualified and out of touch with their reports. More focused on replacing than on coaching. Overall SP is a mental health company that is hellbent on destroying the mental health of its employees.
