      You'll get a payment penalty if you don't make the monthly minute goal. In my case, I was a Propio agent through them, and Propio's been having a VERY LOW CALL FLOW. I worked even more hours than my shift and even then I couldn't reach the goal, they applied the penalty either way.

      Since it's fully remote, there's not a lot of active feedback on your performance, and since the pay is per spoken minute, your salary depends on their call flow.
