Best team managers I've ever had, all very nice people. Real feeling of inclusion. Pretty nice bonuses at the end of the year and steady raises as long as you meet most of your targets. A lot of perks, good benefits.

Procedures are a disaster, same with CIBC. New incorrect ones are added faster than outdated ones are weeded out, yet you're told to follow them all religiously. Feedback sent rarely helps and also cuts into your after call time. Also, a lot of new software claiming it'll improve workflow. Usually makes things worse. Have to step over issues with processes that higher ups are aware of but see as too low of a priority to fix, even when it continuously inconveniences customers.
