If you're thinking about joining Simplilearn, do yourself a favor and stay away. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for. During the hiring process, they paint a beautiful picture. They'll tell you the work culture is amazing, the environment is stable, managers are supportive, and employees are valued. Every single bit of that turned out to be a complete lie. The reality? You're expected to report by 9:00 AM and leaving at 8:00 PM becomes the norm. Work-life balance doesn't exist here. You're treated like a machine whose only purpose is to bring in money every single day. The pressure starts the moment your training ends. Literally the very next day, you're questioned about your numbers and revenue. If you don't perform immediately, regardless of the fact that you're a new joiner, you're pulled into endless one-on-one meetings, interrogated about payments, and before you know it, a PIP email lands in your inbox. There is absolutely no patience, no mentoring, and no understanding that sales takes time. Managers are bullies, not leaders. They create a constant "do or die" environment where fear is used as a management tool. Instead of coaching employees, they threaten, pressure, and mentally exhaust them. Benefits? Forget about them. Job security? Doesn't exist. They can remove you without proper notice and treat employees like they're disposable. Once they've extracted whatever they can from you, you're nothing more than trash to be thrown away. The entire culture revolves around unrealistic targets, constant harassment, and squeezing every last ounce of energy from employees without caring about their well-being. You're not treated like a human being—you're treated like a number. This company doesn't deserve talented people. It deserves to be exposed for what it is. My advice to anyone considering joining Simplilearn: avoid this company the way people avoided COVID. There are far better workplaces that will respect your time, your mental health, and your dignity. Don't fall for the fake promises they make during recruitment.
