Company provides an encouraging work environment with people to help build your technical abilities and practice them.

Work can sometimes get a bit much and you may have to end up working for extra hours. But that's what comes with startups. More exposure, more learning, more freedom, and more work hours. If you are somebody who enjoys the process of learning, work hours should not matter.
