Not many, just not built for everyone if you can't handle long hours and physical labor.

There are some great folks but the toxic ones undo it, depending on your team.

This is a churn and burn company for anyone who is not family. Leadership withholds information as a means to preserve control. Most higher management doesn't have experience anywhere else. It's a hugely political place to work that survives off of young bodies with limited work experience. They can't afford to be who they want to be.
