Position as remote health coach was not as advertised, initially promised daytime travel but soon on the road some days at 3:30am, travel reimbursement arrangements changed 3x over a year and a half, four account managers rotated in and out over the same time frame, supervisor had little power in decision making, supervisors making decisions have little or no field experience or knowledge of client industry, position changed from ft to pt, transparency expected by coaches but not supervisors, company willing to sell out employees in favor of keeping client happy
