Super flexible, great environment, great kids! It’s very easy to get started and a great way to support teachers in the community and allow them to take care of themselves and their families.

Working with kids is not for the weak!

Simpson County Schools is a small town district with a big heart. This is a place where everyone knows everyone else, but the district allows autonomy in the classroom. Although we have a high F&R population, the kids are respectful and kind. Great place to work!

There aren't many "cons" for this job. Teaching is difficult no matter where a person works, but it seems that parents have a lot of sway in this district just because teachers and administrators are accessible.
