Overall working at Sinch is Okay or pretty good and here are the best parts: Flexible Laid back culture Social club Benefits for medical/health are pretty good Good environment and usually hire the right mix of people for the open office Improvements to management team seem to be good but not great just yet Open communication with management is encouraged

There are a few things that could improve: WFH policy is 1 day a week if you’re in Atlanta but can be flexible to life situations. I think it could be moved to at least 2 days Communication across departments and from HQ in Sweden is still a struggle although there has been improvement since I started. No bonuses for Support/Administration roles like Finance, HR, and Support/Ops. US compensation plan needs to be adjusted for the USA and paid according to US standards not Sweden. We are Americans and compensation should be in line with expectations and living standards of the US and for a profitable US SaaS tech company. Hard work should be rewarded with bonuses especially if the company profitability is reflecting that hard work.
